Welcome

Congratulations on making it onto the internal Vivacity Technologies newsletter, Viva Scoop. This monthly communication will highlight what we've been up to and any help we may need. That's right, we are going to need help 🙏

This monthly communication is for internal purposes, but please feel free to spread the word on what we do and who we are. It really does make a difference.

Without further delay, herewith September's update.

New website launched

Building a new website is no easy task, including many, many reviews and revisions. We're delighted with what we've been able to create and a big thank you to all those who contributed in the process. To check out the new site, click here

Our first client 😅

Starting a new business is a complete leap of faith, but we're so lucky to have a strong network and support group. Additionally, when you land that first client, its a great feeling and we're delighted that the City of Kamloops has claimed that first spot. We're going support them with a data centre assessment, as well as the strategic buildout of fibre optic infrastructure in the city. Exciting stuff!

Learning from the best

In business, as in life, surrounding yourself with amazing people just makes for a better journey. That's why we're delighted to announce that Roy Hart, CIO of BCIT has agreed to join our board of advisors. Beyond being a great person, Roy brings a wealth of experience, including operating on multiple high profile boards and previously holding senior positions for the Gov. of Canada and Ontario. Check out Roy's profile here

DER3 funding approved

What a great way to finish off the month, with Vivacity being awarded a grant to help with our website, SEO and digital content marketing. A huge thanks to the folks at DER3, Kamloops Innovation Centre and Innovate BC for supporting us through this application. Additionally, we're going to be working with our trusted partner, SilverServers, to facilitate these improvements over the next 12 months 😀

Help!!

This month we're highlighting just one thing that we need help with. Its a simple ask, but hugely powerful.

  • Spread the word on what we do and who we are. Its simple, but massively beneficial for Vivacity.

Thank you so much for tuning in and don't hesitate to reach out to the Viva team with any questions.
